Exhibited and sold at the Royal Academy of
Arts Summer Exhibition, London 1986.
The artist was introduced to Sir William and Lady Walton in 1979 by
Bolivar,
the famous artist of Ischia, whose portraits come later in this gallery.
Note: This photograph of the painting has lost much of the fine
detail and colour subtlety.
